From 1990 to 1995 New York undercover cop try to get a car accident with me. Such as when I driving on the highway and on the street undercover cop sunddenly brake the car stop immediately at the of front my car...cop did it 32 time like that during 1990 to 1995 but I never hit the car.
Many time from 1990 to 1997 at the day time...cop exploit unknow English and went to my house knock the door for harass and domineer. Of course during that time cop coined something was not true about me and spread a rumour nasty like the California cop.

Dear New Ten Now. Right now I still get unemploment benefit of the company Shop Vac Endicott. New York State Department of Labor was cheat and unpaid from December 1st 2008 to December 28th 2008 I already claim weekly benefit from that date. Any way I can not accepted my poor life. Before I cut my poor life I must oneself get a judge job for make an impartial with undercover cop by at least two people with me go to return to the dust of earth.

April 3, 2009: A lone gunman began shooting Friday in an immigration services building in Binghamton, New York, killing at least four people, a law enforcement source close to the situation said.

I don't know how much more of this I can take.

WHY does this keep happening?
At first it was kids, and everyone thought: ah well, they're just Troubled Teens.
But now it seems like this is rapidly becoming the default way to commit suicide.
And it's getting less and less explainable (no motive, no relationship to the victims) and more and more debased (premeditation, blocking the door). It's worse than terrorism.
Gah. Talk about senseless.
Don't confuse terrorism with mental illness.
This guy was on a suicide mission. He doesn't care if anyone has a weapon. And I highly doubt anyone will 1) have a gun at the ready 2) be able to accurate shoot the killer 3) without missing and hitting others. The criminal always has the element of surprise. He will shoot ten people before you even notice what is happening.
Alabama has loose gun laws. So does Virgina. Both had this type of massacre. Yet I have never heard of an armed citizen killing a serial killer. It never happens. Pro-gun people bring it up as the excuse why we have to allow loose guns floating around.
The easier solution is stricter regulation. Law abiding gun owners don't have to worry, but people with criminal records and history of mental problems should be banned from owning guns. And letting anyone buy guns at gun shows and allowing people to traffic guns from state to state should be harshly punished. Law abiding citizens with no criminal record have nothing to fear from strict background checks.
This was a tragic incident. We have become a country de-sensitized to violence. We support surgical strikes, capital punishment, abortion on demand, endless war and there are all kinds of structural violence too that goes unnoticed. Talk radio is a breeding ground for xenophobia. Hating the stranger and the resident alien is acceptable here. We have forgotten the most basic truths of loving our neighbor as ourselves.
Handguns must be removed from the streets. We must have much stricter gun laws. Auto licenses are much harder to obtain and maintain than gun permits. That must come to an end and fast. Handguns are not for hunting. They are for law enforcement and the military and they are the only people that ought to have one.
Do you own a permit to carry a pistol? It varies state to state but in New York state it is very strict and has to be renewed on a regular basis as well as there are many regulations on how and where you can carry. I do agree with you though that we are desensitized to violence and we are also a nation that makes excuses and blames everyone else for mistakes. Anytime someone is getting down instead of pulling yourself up by your boot straps like our citizens have done for years now a doctor prescribes some sort of cure all pill that actually just makes it worse and people make more excuses. Something in our culture needs changed. We have the most in prison, most mass shootings, and so on.
Let's see:
He had two registered, licensed personal weapons
He was in the state where his guns were registered
He was himself an immigrant
He was unemployed
He sought out an immigrant-supportive facility for his attack

Someone needs to be brave enough - President & Congress - to take on the gun issue. There needs to be much more stringent ways for people to buy guns, for guns to enter the country, and the black market sale of guns. I am sure anyone can buy a gun from an unlicensed seller. If people don't want to regulate guns we can regulate ammunition. There is nothing in the constitution about ammo!
I agree guns need more regulations and owners should have to re-register yearly as well as more in-depth background checks. But I do not agree that responsible gun owners should lose any rights to own firearms if they follow all of the laws. We do need to close some loopholes in the system and take as many illegal guns off the streets as we can.
As long as there is a demand, there will always be a supply. It is basic economics.
Does that explain why we have no peace? There's no demand for it?
When animals can carry guns hunting will be a fair sport.
I'll bet this guy went to get help with his depression and was turned down because he lost his insurance when he lost his job. People in this country who need help the most receive it the least. What a great country we live in. We have the worst Mental Health Care of all the so called civilized world.

yes, and i believe that this stigma and the stiff upper-lip mentality affects men more adversely than woman (because it's not expected of women and women are already thought of as hysterical anyway).
The worst thing about these constant mass killings we seem to be subjected to lately it that we're beginning to be de-sensitized to them. It almost seems like it's happening on a film stage. And it's hard to keep in mind that 15 people aren't on the planet anymore--and their families have to mourn their loss. It's real, folks. This is our world. And something is very wrong here.
Horrific scenarios like this can not, and should not be blamed on any political party, race, nationality, gun owners or gun control activist groups.
Things like this are a product of mental illness and no one group is immune. Sadly we can take all the precautions we want, but we will never be able to completely guarantee nothing like this will ever happen again.
No one is asking for or expecting a complete guarantee that nothing like this will ever happen again.
We need to figure out how to lessen the chances of this happening.
The man lost his job and snapped. It has nothing to do with politics on gun control. Crazy is crazy. Right or left.
The much tougher gun-control laws that we obviously so badly need would not prevent this type of occurrence completely -- obviously. However, to the extent that such laws would greatly reduce the NUMBER of such incidents, yes, gun owners ARE, in a sense to blame to the extent that they (typically) oppose such laws.
there is no need for a private citizen to own assault weapons, and regulation is in order. What gun lobbies try to do every time regulation is considered is that claim that the government is trying to take away people's guns which is a blatant, twisted lie.

First of all my condolences to all the victims. What a horrible crime and terrible waste of innocent lives.
Why isn't this country doing something about gun laws? Do gun lobbyists have such a stronghold on government.
What does it take to turn this around? In this economic situation with people snapping under the burdens facing them, we condone people being able to have the right to bear arms? Are we still the same country as when this was contemplated?????
There are school children shooting siblings, teen killings, gangs with assault rifles enjoying target practice throughout neighborhoods, colleges being shot up. Can we afford to continue to bury our heads in the ground? Why in Florida, can people ride around with weapons in their cars, just "in case they feel threatened"??????
This is lunacy. We need government involvement; states and cities need to climb on board. The sad truth, is that NOTHING will come of the inane number of weapons out there, until someone "very important" is injured, or worse yet killed. Those who feel it is their god given right to have guns will continue their cause.
The argument that is beyond belief, is that this would NOT have happened if people were armed and always prepared. How might this scene have played out with shots coming from all directions? Haven't we all seen enough movies and crime shows?
BAN ASSAULT RIFLES, have buy back programs, and take action.
Time to deal with this before another tragedy takes place.
Guns should be treated like cars. All guns should be registered and all gun owners should be licenced. The licensing proceedure should include a mandatory psychological test for emotional stability.
If such a process were agressively followed, it would be much more difficult for dangerous nutcases to get guns and would reduce these senseless killings by emotionally unstable people

Most likely, it would make little difference in a case in which an otherwise "normal" person snaps.
WHEN are we going to leave "helpless thinking" behind on these incidents and start studying WHY these things happen? Not ONE of the media questions in the aftermath talked about pattern recognition, proactive detection or rapid intervention in these incidents. The psychological and behavioral parallels found in the perpetrators of these tragedies are WELL-KNOWN to many experts. The underlying STRUCTURE of these behaviors is the SAME. Only the CONTENT is different and individual.We have the tools. Why not disseminate and teach them to ALL of us so that we can hopefully interrupt and stop these incidents BEFORE they happen?
It's nearly impossible to predict when someone is going to snap. That's why they call it "snapping."

Maurice Hinchey, a Democrat whose district includes Binghamton, initially told the Associated Press Voong was recently laid off from IBM in Johnson City -- but sources later told ABC News that it appeared that the Voong who worked at IBM was Henry Voong, "an older gentleman" who was believed to be the suspect's father, and that he had not been laid off.
And I know what point you meant to make. Some of IBM's business practices may be questionable, but of course they are not directly accountable and responsible for this man's mental deterioration.
mass murders have been committed by using cars, chemicals, bombs, swords, knives, etc etc. We need to look at our culture and what is making people do this. We cannot blame something else or someone else for everything, when it comes down to it this is the shoots fault solely. That is part of our problem in our culture as it is always some sickness, depression, so on so forth. People have always become very disappointed over things including myself and I am sure you have been through hardship but we have not committed mass murder because of it.
What happened to the days when all you had to worry about was getting clubbed with a pipe or baseball bat or stuck with a knife? Stuff you could run from or possibly defend against (you can't run from a dude with a gun)...or grabbing some kind of shield...(bullets go through "shields").

The crime was committed with pistols. Illegally owned ones at that. Democrats also vote pro gun rights as well as repubs. Not many are for doing away with guns.

Yes, having the world drive you crazy enough to commit suicide might garner some sympathy, but when you feel you have to take innocents with you, you don't deserve an ounce of compassion.

This kind of tragedy has very little to do with guns. If the man hadn't had a gun or known how to get one, he could have used an i.e.d...even something as simple as a gallon of gasoline and a match. He was distraught...and very likely had preexisting mental health issues. The way to prevent this kind of tragedy is not to force the perpetrators to change weapons, but to start doing a much better job of preventing and treating mental illness...including, making sure that people who are losing their jobs are getting help with whatever their issues may be through the crisis created for them by their employer.
Thank you American Rifle Association and all the gun lobbyists. I wonder how many he would have killed with a stick or a knife if guns weren't available...

I was born and raised in Binghamton and still have family there, one of whom was working in the Catholic Charities building at the time this occurred. Also, a family friend who works at the ACA was one of the hostages. I am so relieved they are safe, but sorrowful for the familes of those who weren't so blessed. My condolences to them.
how many more dead bodies does it take for this archaic 'right to bear arms' to be wiped off the constitution. With every death, the NRA and those making the case for gun rights seem more foolish.

While this is a horrible tragedy, I can see how certain types of people can snap when they lose their livelihood and lose everything they have worked years for due to corporate greed - in this case IBM.
What IBM is doing to the American IT workforce is despicable, and our government needs to shut down this occupational warfare that has been going on far too long against American IT workers.
It would be one thing if IBM was hurting, but they aren't. They made record profits in 2008, but still they layoff / fire tens of thousands of American IT workers, and destroy so much prosperity for current and future American IT workers by pitting them against 3rd world labor that they cannot financially compete with.
It's all about corporate greed.

Once upon a time, getting hired at IBM was a godsend for the working man.
You had a lifelong job. You got to work with cutting edge technology at a business that did some incredible stuff and had, through the genius of its products and the effectiveness of their strategy, embedded itself into the very fabric of the industrialized world.
Not only that, you were held to high standards of qualification and performance. It was a perfect example of the American business. Ahead of the curve, very lucrative, and extremely profitable.
Then IBM took a trip to bizarro world in the early 90's.
Their reputation now is that of a self-mutilating patent troll with a roster of disposable and unskilled employees, that would rather buy out innovators than actually innovate.
Their products and services are mostly total crap, and exceptions are very rare.
As a testament to their decline, their phenomenally arrogant brass are actually trying to patent offshoring, and no, I'm not making this up.
Their plan to get current employees to relocate to the third world and take local pay so they won't lose their jobs is so brazen, such a slap in the face to not only Americans but workers in general, that the offense had to have been intended.
They may as well patent globalization, the race to the bottom, and exploitation of disadvantaged societies while they're at it.
Maybe we need to adjust to each group. I noticed that the last mass murder was also Asian.
Is there a real issue in this group that we're ignoring?

This is truly an excessive reaction, obviously. But are we missing the obvious?
1. CNN has been calling him "Jiverly Wong" both on TV & online. Wong is obviously a Chinese last name. The Vietnamization of Wong can be" Vuong", "Hoang", "Huynh", "Uong", etc. (For instance, the traditional Vietnamese pictogram for "Nguyen" is the same as that of the Chinese "Yuan"; "Tran" is "Chen", etc.)
2. Voong is a Hmong surname. If spelled correctly, then he is either Hmong, Vietnamese, or both.
3. But Jiverly may have deliberately misspelled his name, i.e. it should be "Vuong", which means if misspelled as such, he can be Chinese, Vietnamese, or both.
4. That the police brought in a Vietnamese translator could either mean they wanted to communicate with the gunman--or the hostages. But since Jiverly Wong was an IBM employee with a college education (if I have my info correct) & who's lived in the US for 28 years since he was a kid, it's certainly strange he would need a translator.
Thus, Jiverly, an immigrant from Vietnam, can be Vietnamese, Chinese, Hmong or any combination thereof.
All we know is he came from Vietnam. We don"t know what his ethnicity is. Vietnam officially recognizes 54 non-Vietnamese ethnic minorities. These groups have their own distinct languages and hence don"t speak Vietnamese are not Vietnamese, either by language nor culture. To confuse a country's various ethnic groups is like saying a Frenchman living in Rome is an Italian.

My best friend called me after coming from a nanny job. The mother's aunt was killed in the shooting today. From what she told me this woman's aunt was a volunteer, there to help people with their English.
Let us all remember, politics aside, how precious life is. The most important thing now is to send peace and love to the families of the people who lost their lives today. It's too small of a world not to embrace and respect the lives of the people around us.
This BS is becoming foolishly repetitive and the total disregard for innocent life is being lost because some people can’t handle the social stress and struggle that every human being experiences.

Guns so easy to get. This will not be the last tragedy like this because of the economy. Out of all the people who lose their jobs there are bound to be a few losers like this.
What's up with the police taking over an hour to do anything? While I applaud their getting to the scene in 2 minutes, what then was their plan? To just sit and watch, while people bleed to death inside?
The message I get from this tragedy is, if you are in a building with a shooter, you are on your own. Call the police, sure, but don't expect them to go in with the SWAT team anytime soon, at least not in Binghamton.
The police are here to merely regulate crime. They view these situations as a 'controlled burn'.
Think about it.
Fourteen people are dead. And according to the news here, "Police arrived in minutes, heard no gunfire and waited for about an hour before entering the building to make sure it was safe for officers." Why even have a SWAT team or even cops?
IBM is laying off lots of US workers. They are bringing in outsource resource to work here.
They are getting around the H1b limitation by using the L1 Vista category. (L1s are unlimited). A large multinational firm can move workers from other countries for "short term".

This story was airing around the clock yesterday on the cable news networks and, already, it appears to be vanishing to second rate news. I thought it would be the major headline in today's NYTimes but it wasn't although, of course, it did appear there.
Sadly, the surprise is that this hasn't happened more often. The lead story in the Times today was the increase in unemployment and, thus, I do fear we might see more of such rampages.
We don't get outraged when we can't even provide healthcare for ourselves, but make some comment about gun control and people freak out. Maybe this has always been some crazy Republican way to control our population growth.
The legal immigrants don't work well for them either ,so there probably aren't many Republicans shedding tears there either. They would prefer illegal immigrants because you don't have to pay them as much and you can take home a bigger bonus.
So as it turns out the inability or unwillingness of an immigrant to assimilate into our culture was the impetus for this violent attack? Very intriguing...
And the ease of taking out your frustrations with handguns is speaking volumes about the US.
The wonder is not that this happens, but that it doesn't happen more often.
