WELCOME TO DR. B.'S WORLD

This new white format allows me to post complete pics (the other Blogger formats cut them off, practically in half). Pretend you're reading your newspaper or something.

Dates separate each post, barely, so look for the dates on the left. Print is large & readable. Comment section is unchanged. My Profile info was at the bottom, but I moved it back to the top. Deal with it.

[Disclaimer: Pursuant to the UCC (Uniform Comedy Code), all depictions of events and persons on this site are more real than reality itself, and therefore any resemblance to reality is not really real.]

Unbalanced. Unfair. I report. I decide.

ABANDON HOPE ALL YE WHO ENTER HERE. If you have already abandoned hope, please disregard this notice. In this blog, you'll be exposed to the way I see things. Lots of things. Stuff I think of. Things that happen. Random weirdness. Occasional seriousness. My life. My world. My universe. My reality. By reading this, you have given me brief control of your mind....

I couldn't believe I saw this. It was amazingly unprofesssional of McCain.

It's the CIA mind control kicking in.

McCain didn't know which way to go around the table when the debate was over. So, he decided to do the Charleston. Wise move.

Anonymous said...

Word has it that his staff told him to try to throw in an Electric Shuffle during this debate, but yeah he went with the Charleston instead.

Maverick!

I don't think that guy in the window has much of a chance.

Anonymous said...

He is already in charge, and it won't change when one of the other two becomes the head puppet.

Anonymous said...

He must be part of that shadow government I keep hearing about.

Anonymous said...

He's big brother - how Orwellian.

Anonymous said...

WTF are you people talking about???

Anonymous said...

Look at the bottom photo - there's someone in a window behind Obama and McCain.

Oh -- yes --- now I see it, and now I get it. You guys are weird.

We're weird? Look at McCain if you want to see weird. Dr. B. called it: McCain turned into Gollum

Barack to McCain: "John, this is no time for grab-ass. Wait until we're backstage."

Looks like a choice between Doctor Obama and Igor, his faithful dimwit.

Clearly this indicates who should be the next president: Joe the Plumber!

Anonymous said...

Wait a minute! Joe the plumber makes over $250,000/year? And teachers average around $25,000?

Plunge on THIS, Joe!

No we want to keep it all to our rich republican selves

What the election is boiling down to is that the voters aren't buying what the GOP is selling, period, other than their so-called "base." They've tried the same, old, tired, "less government, lower taxes, government is the problem -- not the solution," and character assassination demagoguery, and it's not working this time. Perhaps if they had a more-authentic, younger, and charismatic candidate they'd have a chance -- but, they don't. However, McCain blew it with the Palin pick: it revealed his poor judgment which ultimately proves him unfit for the presidency.
Obama supporters: it's not over, by a long shot. The voter suppression campaign waged by the GOP is well underway. Obama's got to have a clear, double-digit lead going into election day, or we'll all awake on Nov. 5 to find McCain/Palin the "winners" by vote theft. The closer the polling is going into the election, the easier it will be to "flip" the results after the polls close. Should that happen, Obama's loss will be attributed to "the country just wasn't ready to elect a Black man to the presidency," and "the polls were wrong (again)." Citizens! Be vigilant!

McCain-Palin had better protect what Base he has, as that is ALL he has left!

He better visit Alabama, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Utah, Nebraska, and the rest of the Heartland!

This could be a landslide as big as 1964 when "A War Loving Arizona Senator, Goldwater" was running and got only 52 Electoral Votes!

After George W. Bush was elected twice, the Republican Party erroneously thought the only criteria a candidate for President needed was an "(R)" after his name.

Although McCain did his best debate job yet, it tells you a lot about how this thing is going when Senator 0bama gets such an overwhelming response. Folks definitely want a change from what McCain represents.

Whoa!

Clearly Obama overwhelmingly won, and he had several strong moments. Obama was substantive on the economy. And Obama did hit the ball out the park on the Ayers/Associations question. He clarified his relationship with Ayers, making it clear it was a non-event...his defense. Then Obama went on to say who his associates are for economic and foreign policy questions....very reputable people (e.g., Buffet, Biden, etc.)...thereby shifting to the offense. Finally, the ball was knocked out park when Obama said that McCain's focus on Ayers at a time when voters want to hear about the economy says more about McCain than Obama.

Is your Campaign circling the drain?
Are your own Lies clogging your pipes?
Does the Economy get ya down?

Call Joe the Plumber! Joe the Plumber!
Joe the Plumber, that's the name, and away go troubles, down the drain.....

My husband and I live in North Carolina and as you probably can imagine, we get a lot of telephone calls from both political campaigns. I thought you all might be interested to learn about the latest call we received. The following message was left on our answering machine at 10:23 am this morning (I copied it down verbatim.)

"Hello. I'm calling for John McCain and the RNC because you need to know that Barack Obama has worked closely with domestic terrorist, Bill Ayers, whose organization bombed the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, a judge's home, and killed Americans. And democrats will enact an extreme leftist agenda if they take control of Washington. Barack Obama and his democratic allies lack the judgment to lead our country. This call is paid for by McCain/Palin 2008 and the Republican National Committee at 202-863-8500."

After watching last night's debate, I can only conclude that these are the true sentiments of "the Real McCain," and I don't have the words to express my utter disgust.

Did anyone else notice that on the question of education McCain called it the civil rights issue of the 21st century. Does this mean that only Black kids are not learning? Actually, we have a lot of kids not learning. I doubt that most McCain supporters can find Iraq on a map of the world, considering that some think his Kenyan father makes him an Arab.
